Metering Tips

to determine the dosing or mixing ratio chemical to water.

Article Nr: 100-15K

How does it work?
Water from the public water supply is fed through a socalled injector with an integrated backflow preventor and generates by means of the socalled venturi principle in the injector chamber an underpressure, which sucks in the chemical. The dilution ratio water to chemical is determined by coloured metering tips set into the chemical flow.
Most of our dosing and proportioner systems contain the patented airgap proportioner with an 2.5 cm airgap, which prevents backward flow of the chemical into the drink water supply, even at under pressure or reflow pressure conditions.
